Can you help if I have already left Australia?
Yes. We support people who are already overseas and those planning to leave. We assess your circumstances and whether a DASP application is appropriate before proceeding.
What is included in the service fee?
Consultation, preparation and submission support across your super funds, plus help with follow-up requirements through to completion. We explain the requirements that apply to your case during your consultation. External costs are not included.
When will I receive my super?
Your fund or the ATO controls assessment and payment. We do not guarantee eligibility, approval, a payment amount or a payment date. Paying our service fee does not guarantee a withdrawal.
What happens if you cannot submit my application?
If we cannot submit your application, we refund our service fee in full. This does not include any third-party costs you have paid.
